His career spans strategic finance leadership at foodpanda (directing FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Payroll, and Fintech), Intel, Inmarsat, Apple, and Telstra. Demis Bhojoo

Data Analytics Manager - Google | Binance| foodpanda | Deliveroo 

Demis has over a decade of Data, Analytics and Data Science experience spanning E-commerce, MarTech, Food Delivery and Crypto. As the Global Data Analytics Manager at Binance, he oversees Marketing, Product, Compliance and Function Data teams at the largest crypto exchange in the world. Before this, Demis was at foodpanda in Singapore, where he led the Data team for Commercial, Logistics and Strategy Divisions. He started in Data Analytics at Rangespan in the UK, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons) from University College London and continues to mentor young analysts starting out in Data.

Erika Behl

VP, Customer Success and Management Consultant

Erika has nearly two decades of experience in management consulting, sales leadership and building Customer Success teams. Starting her career with Wood Mackenzie as a consultant in the energy industry, she led strategy projects for more than 20 major oil and gas companies. With a proactive approach to her own career development, she secured a sponsor and advanced to senior leadership. Erika led the APAC sales team before being appointed as the Global VP of Customer Success, where she successfully transformed the team into a revenue-generating unit over two years.

Chris Zhou

Equities Trader - GIC 

Chris has experience in both the buy and sell sides in the financial markets. He is currently working as an equities trader at GIC, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world. Prior to this, he worked in the trading division of JP Morgan as an XVA cross-asset portfolio trader in global markets. With experience in different types of financial institutions trading across asset classes, Chris can offer valuable advice and perspectives on the various kind of roles in the trading and markets domain. Having gone through first-hand the entire internship to full-time role conversion process during college, he is happy to advise on topics like how to increase your chances of landing coveted finance/trading internships in college, how to convert that internship into a job, and how to excel starting out in the finance industry.

Michael is an accomplished executive leader and licensed CPA with two decades of work experience.
